In 2006,Tiki, featuring guest artists like John Legend and Djavan, was released.

“The Analysis Plus leads have totally transformed my in-ear monitor sound.   I have no idea how it works technically, but there is so much more clarity and detail to the sound which is crucial when relying totally on an in-ear mix.  It’s made a massive difference… Thanks to Analysis Plus and aanvil audio for supplying the cables.”

-Paul Carrack

“I love the Analysis Plus Bass Oval cable because it give a balanced sound with a linear response.  Not only is there more clarity and punch, but more bass as  well.  The bass sound is very musical and fits well into the overall musical picture.  As a bonus my instrument has become more responsive…”

-Jeremy Meek

About Paul Carrack...

The former vocalist of Mike and The Mechanics and the voice behind world-wide hits such as Ace's "How Long", Squeeze's "Tempted" and the timeless classic "The Living Years", has a deserved reputation as a stunning live performer.

After a highly successful summer as special guest for The Eagles at arenas across the UK and Europe,  the Sheffield-born singer and songwriter is back on tour to promote his acclaimed new album "I know That Name".

The album has received heavy airplay on BBC Radio 2 and the single "I Don't Want to Hear Any More" featuring Don Henley and fellow Eagle Timothy B. Schmit, on backing vocals, has been recorded and released as a single by The Eagles also.

Carrack’s marvelously soulful voice is known to millions around the world; he is undoubtedly a key figure in Britsh pop history. And as his devoted fans know all too well, a Paul Carrack show is always something very special.

"Analysis Plus cables allow the full response of tonal and dynamic range (say it loud -- the MUSIC!) of all my basses to come through more clearly than I've ever experienced.  And, truly... an unhindered tone can help lead to greater depths of musical inspiration!  I look at it this way: music flows from your heart, through your hands and into your instrument...  with the advantage of Analysis Plus, the link from bass to amplifier, recording desk, and the ears of music lovers is stronger than ever. They are quite simply the best I've heard!"

"Instantly upon plugging in the Bass Oval, the guitar player and I noticed a huge difference.  My bass tone became warmer, tighter, and crystal clear. Not only was the sound amazing, but the construction of the cable is the most durable and heavy duty I've ever seen....which comes in handy if you are active on stage like myself."

"My Analysis Plus cables are the best sounding and most reliable cables I've ever owned, and I've owned a bunch.  These days I don't carry any other cables with me because tone is important!!"

First and fore most I'm a bass player. I play Upright and Electric bass, and have been fortunate enough to have the opportunity to do it for a living. I grew up a jazz kid. One of the first records I remember owning is Doc Severinsen and the Tonight Show Band. It all started from that record. Soon I owned recordings by Count Basie, Duke Ellington, Miles Davis, John Coltrane to name a few. My early bass playing was very much influenced by the bass playing on those records. Guys like Ray Brown, Paul Chambers, Slam Stewart, and Ron Carter were the players that made me want to play bass. I was very content listening to those guys until I discovered Motown and James Jamerson, then Staxs and Duck Dunn. I've also learned to really appreciate the style of guys like Michael Rhodes, Glenn Warf, Leland Sklar, Pino Palladino, etc..
ARTISTS I'VE WORKED WITH: Jo Dee Messina, Craig Morgan, Julie Roberts, Deana Carter, SheDaisy, Bucky Covington, Danielle Peck, Brian McComas, Natalie Grant, Scott Miller & The Commonwealth, MIke Younger & The Marksmen, Derek Hoke, The Keith Harmon Trio, Steve Azar, Blue County, Rodney Redman, The Rails, The Smoking Flowers, The GAC Country Christmas Tour
TELEVISION APPEARANCES:The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Good Morning America, AOL Sessions, Fox & Friends, The ACMs, The CMAs, The CCMAs, A GAC Country Christmas Special, The Grand Ole Opry, The Christmas Tree Lighting at Rockefeller Center, 4th of July Honoring the Troops from the Ford Theater in Washington, etc...

Peterson Brothers

The photo is of them opening in Oct-2011 for B. B. King at Gruene Hall in Gruene Texas. (this one is before the cables, I tried to get one the other night at the show, but it was too dark, feel free to use this for now, if you like, and I will send a better one later.)

Glenn Peterson, Jr.
Age 15
Lead vocals / Guitar
Glenn plays the blues with a heavy influence of funk in his rhythm guitar playing, and a smooth, jazz-like technique combined with a traditional blues approach in his lead work.  Growing up in Bastrop, Texas, Glenn spends much of his time playing in surrounding Austin, Texas venues such as Antone’s “Home of the Blues” and the Saxon Pub, among others.  Glenn reaches way back to find his inspiration in musicians including Buddy Guy, Chuck Berry, Freddie King, Albert King, B.B. King, Robert Cray, Albert Collins, Otis Rush, Hubert Sumlin, Eddie Hazel, Phelps “Catfish” Collins, Ernie Isley, Glen Goins, Jimi Hendrix, Derek O’Brien, Curtis Mayfield, Wes Montgomery, Luther Allison, Kenny Burrell, Johnny Copeland, Stevie Ray and Jimmie Vaughan, Johnny Winter, T- Bone Walker, Carlos Santana, Clarence “Gatemouth” Brown, George Benson, “Guitar Slim” Eddie Jones, Lightning Hopkins, Gary Shider, and the list goes on.  Susan Antone has described the Peterson Brothers as, “…miniature Muddy Waterses”.

Glenn’s driving force for playing his music is his passion for the blues; he is passionate and creative when it comes to keeping real music alive.  Glenn has been on this journey for many years, beginning at the age of 10 when he started his first band with a couple of friends.  Very soon afterward he and his younger brother Alex, then 8, who plays bass guitar and violin, decided to go for it together.  Recently they have added new drummer, Connor Marshall, together they make up the Peterson Brothers Band.

Glenn has had the honor of playing with many musicians that have paved the way including Buddy Guy, Bootsy Collins, Pinetop Perkins, Willie “Big Eyes” Smith, Sonny Rhodes, Derek O’Brien, Bob Margolin, Michael Burks, and others.

"Analysis plus cables are the best cables I've ever used, hands down.I can hear every note and dynamic I play."

Alex Peterson
Age 12
Vocals / Bass Guitar / Violin
Alex and his older brother Glenn both share a passion for music, especially the Blues.  Alex brings the thump, with some funk and a smooth jazzy sound to the group.  Bobby Whitlock of Derek and the Dominos has described Alex as, “the most incredible bass player I’ve ever heard. It’s just amazing.”  Growing up in Bastrop, Texas, Alex’s love of music has taken him to exciting places and provided the opportunity to play with legendary musicians well beyond his years.  Each musician shares a wealth of knowledge and their only request is for the boys to pass on the knowledge to the next child, which they do by taking every opportunity to teach any child that wants to learn.

Alex is always reading and has read about almost any bass player you can name.  He has also had the opportunity to meet a few of them.  All of this has helped him to learn the secrets to making the bass sound exactly like he wants it to. A few of these legendary and influential bass players include Bootsy Collins, TM Stevens, Brian Hardgrove, Tommy Shannon, Larry Fulcher, Bob Stroger, Victor Wooten, Jaco Pastorius, Marcus Miller, Stanley Clarke, Larry Graham, James Jamerson,  Billy Cox, Donald “Duck” Dunn, Billy “Bass” Nelson, Ron Carter, and many more.

Alex has had the honor of playing with many musicians that have paved the way including Buddy Guy, Bootsy Collins, Pinetop Perkins, Willie “Big Eyes” Smith, Sonny Rhodes, Derek O’Brien, Bob Margolin, Ernie Durawa, Elvin Bishop, Michael Burks, and others.

"Analysis plus cables really open up my basses tone. They make a bass sound like what its supposed to sound like".

" It amazes me that players will spend a fortune on instruments, speakers, pre/power amps and yet with all that high end gear, they will use a cheap instrument/mic cable to connect the source.  I've experimented with many of the "name brand cables" and nothing holds a candle to the Analysis Plus Bass and Yellow Oval Cables.  If you think cables don't matter, plug in and listen to the AP cables. Analysis Plus is the bomb!"

- Joseph Patrick Moore

Joseph started playing the alto saxophone in the 1980s and later switched to drums before finding his home on the bass. He studied the Double Bass and Bass guitar at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, Tennessee from 1988-1991. In 1992 he moved to Memphis, Tennessee and started working in nightclubs in and around Beale Street and worked with many notable artists. While in Memphis, he received the prestigious Milt Hinton Scholarship to further his jazz studies and he also received a Premiere Player nomination by NARAS, The National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences. In 1997, Moore moved to his current home in Atlanta, Georgia. Soon after his arrival he started working with Capricorn recording artist Bruce Hampton and the Fiji Mariners. Cult legend and Jamband guru Hampton regularly invited guest artists to sit in with the band, particularly on the 1997 H.O.R.D.E. Tour allowing Moore to network and create musical dialogues with artists such as Jimmy Herring and Rob Wasserman to name a few. After the demise of the Fiji Mariners, Joseph joined Hick Hop band Blueground Undergrass and was a contributing member for over two years. In the midst of his hectic touring schedule with BlueGround Undergrass, Joseph continued to put out his solo recordings as well record with his Jazz trio, The E.M.P. Project.  Currently Joseph is recording artist, producer and artistic director for Blue Canoe Records.

"People have often told me about the virtues of owning a good instrument cable. While it is often easy to see a difference in build quality, never in my 25 years of professional playing have I ever heard a sonic difference this drastic. In short, more tone is passed through my Analysis-Plus cable. You will not believe your ears."

Yumiko Taguchi - Yucco - Nakanomori Band

"I am so moved with natural and straightforward sound that I can get out of my bass with Analysis Plus cables!!!!!

I am using:Pro Yellow Oval Guitar cables (3m and 6m) and
Pro Oval Studio Guitar cables (3m and 6m).

I found unique characteristics with each kinds of the cables.
I tried them at the studio when I did a recording at the end of last year 2006.
For the live performance, I would like to use Pro Yellow Ovals.
Currently these are my favorites.
My bass instrument has its own natural sound.
I feel that my Analysis Plus cables allow this natural sound to be delivered without any coloration.
I am so grateful to be able to use these splendid cables.
Thank you Analysis Plus!!

Please come to our fun lives when you are available."

Jack Casady - Hot Tuna

Jack Casady is an American musician considered one of the foremost bass guitarists of the rock music era and best known as a member of Jefferson Airplane. First playing as a lead guitarist with the Washington D.C. area rhythm and blues band "The Triumphs", he switched to bass during his high school years and while still underage (and with a forged I.D.), played the Washington D.C club scene, backing artists such as Little Anthony and the Imperials and Ray Charles. He became the bass player for Jefferson Airplane when lead guitarist Jorma Kaukonen, a high school friend and former Triumphs rhythm guitarist, invited him to join in late September of 1965. Jefferson Airplane became the first successful exponent of the San Francisco sound. Their singles, including "Somebody to Love" and "White Rabbit," had a more polished style and successfully charted in 1967 and 1968. Casady, along with the other members of Jefferson Airplane, was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1996. Now part of Hot Tuna.

Jaime David Vazquez
Jaime David Vazquez is a bass player, clinician, columnist, composer, arranger, multi-instrumentalist, transcriber, studio musician, music educator, freelance and solo artist. He's a Staff Writer for the Bass Musician Magazine. He has played in several TV shows, concerts and festivals with artists such as David Bisbal, Gloria Trevi, Rawy, Luis Fonsi, Olga Tañon, Lourdes Robles, Wilkins, Noelia, Shalim, Obey Bermudez, Samuel Hernandez, Tony Vega and others. Also, he has recorded jingles for TV shows, commercials, etc.
Jaime loves the low frequencies in music. He believes that the bass is still a young instrument with lots of possibilities that have not been explored enough. He likes everything that grooves but he thinks that the bass is a great lead voice with a great register too. His playing is influenced not only by bass players, but also by other instrumentalists such as guitarists, pianists, woodwind players, etc. For Jaime, innovation is the key. He is a pioneer, an enthusiastic who loves music and his instrument.

"Cables really matters.  Analysis Plus cables are the best choice. Just try the great Yellow Oval or the Bass Oval cables. They're so clear, you can get the true bass sound with them. They're amazing."

Tatsuhiko Hizawa

"It has been more than 2 years since I met with Analysis Plus cables. Now I truly feel that I cannot reproduce my instrument sound without Analysis Plus cables. There is no other cables which can replace the Analysis Plus cables. Especially with the Pro Oval Studio cable, I do not feel I need to explain a lot about it. As soon as you plug in the Pro Oval Studio cable, you can instantly feel its big difference from any other cables. When I had a recording work in past, I used to use preamps and all kinds of gadgets to prevent the sound from becoming thin because, depending on the cables I used, the sound became different. But with Analysis Plus cables, I do not need to do things like that any longer. It is because Pro Oval Studio cable enables me to send the sound of my instrument to the mixing console without doing such an extra work. The Pro Oval Studio cable does not select an instrument. I have hi-end active bass guitars and passive vintage bass guitars. The cable just trasmit their sound as they are. I am also using Analysis Plus Clear Oval speaker cable. I use both vintage amp head with vacuum tubes and hi-fi amp head. The same as the Pro Oval Studio cable, the Clear Oval cable lets me send the sound of these amps just as they are to the speaker cabinets. These cables are so great that, once you use them, you will never be able to use the other cables! I am so happy that I have met with the Analysis Plus cables. I will keep using them in future. Thanks so much Analysis Plus!!"

Kip Reed

Grammy Winner

"As an audiophile and professional bassist for nearly 30 years, I must admit I have never used an audiophile cable on my bass's output. The increase in lows and overall slam are noticeable. I won't do a studio date without my Analysis Plus Bass Oval! Think cables don't matter? Think again."

An east coast native currently splitting his time between New York and Cleveland, electric bassist Kip Reed has performed and recorded with many major artists spanning several genres. His love of Brazilian, African and other world-beat music combined with his background in rock, funk, and jazz make him one of the most in-demand bass players on the east and north coasts. In his nearly 30-year career, he has recorded or performed with Brazilian superstars Bebel Gilberto, Ivan Lins and Tania Maria, disco divas Donna Summer and Gloria Gaynor, jazz legends Brother Jack Mcduff, Larry Coryell and Joe Lovano. He has been featured on recordings alongside bass greats Anthony Jackson and Freddie Washington. Hear him on Chuck Mangione's Chesky release "The Feeling's Back" and most recently, Nancy Wilson's Grammy-winning CD "Turned to Blue"

Mike Hill - Bass Player Johnny Hiland Band

"Analysis Plus’s signal is so clear and transparent I can hear my bass breath. I can hear, see and feel more colors then ever before. … It makes my bass sound bigger and more wide open.  I can finally hear a 20h - 20k frequency response!  It makes my bass sound better then yours."

"I was just in the studio recording for an album which the artist hired 2 bassists, me and another A-list bassist.. I recorded 4 tunes the first day and he recorded 3 the other day. We both plugged into the same preamp and settings. After listening to all recorded tracks, the songs I played on had a tone that was far larger and way more colorful than the others. Hands down, there was no comparison at all. The producer called me up and asked what I used different than other bassist because he had to know.. I said the cable!"

"I have guitarists always bug me in the studio about borrowing my cables for their guitar tracks after recording my bass because they want that wide signal, clarity and crisp tone."

"Using Analysis-Plus cables, I spend less time EQ'ing my bass."
